What's involved in The Wellbeing Hour?

The Wellbeing Hour is a chance for you to reconnect to yourself.

When all the parts of you feel scattered.
And your anxious mind takes over, we can loose sight of who we are.
Unsure of what we need and want,
Making us feel tired and our soul gets weary.

Taking an hour out to look after your emotional wellbeing is a way to calm your mind, allowing your body to drop into a peaceful place and soothe your soul.

I've guided myself to this place and it's my pleasure to do so for others.

As an experienced and qualified meditation and mindfulness teacher and EFT therapist I combine all of these to give you an hour to find your peace.

In person or on line we can work together to calm your mind.

What does a session look like?

We start with a thorough consultation to assess your needs and expectations 

​I work with the whole mind and body on an energetic and soul level. 

I use all of my expertise in meditation, breath work, EFT*, talking therapies and mind-body work to let the session flow and for the work to begin.

Every session may look and feel different as it's tailored to you and meets you where you are right now.

 

A session lasts an hour. 

All you do is book, come along, then we start the magic together. 

£55 for an hours session

Is this for me? 
- Book a free, no obligation, discovery call so that I can hear your issue and see if we are the right fit. It has to 'feel right' for both of us for us to work together. 
 

What happens next?
- After we have had a chat and decided that you wish to go ahead with a session, we book it in. I can see you in person or virtually, via zoom. 


What happens at the first session? 
- We start with a thorough consultation to assess your needs and expectations. A plan is made and I introduce you to anything I feel will help you right now, for you to immediately practice between sessions. 

What does a session consist of?
- ​Using all of my expertise in meditation, breath work, EFT, talking therapies and mind-body work, the session will flow in the direction you need. Every session may look and feel different as it is tailored to you and meets you where you are right now.

 

What is EFT*?

- EFT stands for emotional freedom technique, but it is often just called 'Tapping.' It focuses on energy hot spots to restore balance to your body’s energy. By restoring this energy balance, it can relieve symptoms that a negative experience or emotion may have caused.

How many sessions will I need?
- This is a 'piece of string' question. But in my experience, this is dependent on you. Are you ready and willing to let go of what'
s holding you back? Are you prepared to be open, and honest with yourself? Let's get started and it will become clear. We don't always need to know our destination, but it all unfurls as we go. 

​How long and how much are the sessions?
- One hour for £55
