What does a session look like?

We start with a thorough consultation to assess your needs and expectations ​ 

  • I use all of my expertise in meditation, breath work, EFT, and talking therapies to create a bespoke session for you.


  • A session lasts an hour. 


  • All you do is book, come along, let the session flow. 

  • These sessions are also available virtually.

Is this for me?

What Happens next?

After we have had a chat and decided that you wish to go ahead with a session, we book it in. I can see you in person or virtually, on line.

What happens at the first session?

We start with a thorough consultation to assess your needs and expectations. A plan is made and I introduce you to anything I feel will help you right now, for you to immediately practice between sessions.

What does a session consist of?

Using all of my expertise in meditation, breath work, EFT, talking therapies and mind-body work, the session will flow in the direction you need. Every session may look and feel different as it is tailored to you and meets you where you are right now.

What is EFT?

EFT stands for emotional freedom technique, but it is often just called 'Tapping.' It focuses on energy hot spots to restore balance to your body’s energy. By restoring this energy balance, it can relieve symptoms that a negative experience or emotion may have caused. Watch the video below for a brief introduction.

How many sessions will I need?

In my experience, this is dependent on you and what you wish to achieve. I've found three sessions a really good start, then re-asses if you wish to continue.

I want to give you the tools and techniques to be able to have more clarity, joy and self compassion.
