Classes and Events.

Meditation allows you time to be at peace within yourself, a time of reflection and self-discovery.

Sometimes, we need help to guide us on this journey. Allow me to be that guide, helping you reach that place of peace in your heart.


Finding self-acceptance and reaching a point where you can truly open up and listen to your own inner voice is a wonderful thing.

Meditation is a journey, back to the self.


Meditation and mindfulness have been proven to reduce stress, improve metabolism, reduce pain, lower blood pressure, improve respiration and enhance brain function.


Personally, I can say a daily meditation practice is essential to my physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

If you don't know where to start, or have been practicing and want more ideas and other techniques, then either pop along to my small group class or book a one to one Wellbeing session for individual advice tailored just to you.

Meditation Classes

How would you like to have an hour of peace and calm? 

An hour to put everything down and let go. 

I teach a monthly class and you're invited. 

These classes are open to all, any level of meditation is welcome (no previous experience needed)

When: the first Saturday of the month 10am 

Cost: £15

Nestled in the Surrey Hills, myself and Kat from Her Healing are offering you the chance to come and have the most beautiful nurturing day.

  • A cacao ceremony to bring all these elements together

I reached out as I suffer with anxiety and Karen’s calm and soothing approach taught me many techniques and tricks to help combat what I suffer with the most.
