Meditation allows you time to be at peace within yourself, a time of reflection and self-discovery.
Sometimes, we need help to guide us on this journey. Allow me to be that guide, helping you reach that place of peace in your heart.
Finding self-acceptance and reaching a point where you can truly open up and listen to your own inner voice is a wonderful thing.
Meditation is a journey, back to the self.
Meditation and mindfulness have been proven to reduce stress, improve metabolism, reduce pain, lower blood pressure, improve respiration and enhance brain function.
Personally, I can say a daily meditation practice is essential to my physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
If you don't know where to start, or have been practicing and want more ideas and other techniques, then either pop along to my small group class or book a one to one Calm session for individual advice tailored just to you.

Meditation Classes
How would you like to have an hour of peace and calm?
An hour to put everything down and let go.
I teach a monthly class and you're invited.
These classes are open to all, any level of meditation is welcome (no previous experience needed)
When: First Saturday of the month
Where: In my beautiful garden studio, Dorking.
Time: 10am and 12pm
Cost: £15
Next classes: 2nd May, 6th June, 4th July
