Meditation & Mindfulness

Meditation allows us time to be at peace within ourselves, a time of reflection and self-discovery.

Sometimes, we need help to guide us on this journey. Allow me to be that guide, helping you reach that place of peace in your heart.


Finding self-acceptance and reaching a point where you can truly open up and listen to your own inner voice is a wonderful thing.

Meditation is a journey, back to the self.


Meditation and mindfulness have been proven to reduce stress, improve metabolism, reduce pain, lower blood pressure, improve respiration and enhance brain function.


Personally, I can say a daily meditation practice is essential to my physical, mental and spiritual well-being.

If you don't know where to start, or have been practicing and want more ideas and other techniques, then sign up to one of my three week courses.

Course one, 'An introduction to meditation.'

A three week window into the wonderful world of meditation, some basic techniques, finding the benefits with  professional recordings to practice with between sessions

Course two, 'Taking your meditation journey further'

Three weeks to delve deeper into learning how meditation can be brought into your life for your physical, mental  and spiritual health. 

£75/person for the 3 week course 

A minimum of two people can book these courses at times to suit you, get in touch to book. 

I am also available to come and teach these courses in your on - line group, or workplace.

Meditation Workshops

Why not put you first, as an act of kindness towards yourself, during a wonderful two hour workshop?

I have done workshops based on the chakras and also the elements. 

At present I have no workshops lined up, but get on the mailing list to be the first to hear of any future dates.

I offer an hourly or daily rate and have had experience running my own retreats and assisting on others.
