Service Description

I can offer one to one sessions with you to suit your needs. Would you like a quiet session just for you? These sessions are unique as they are tailored to you and your needs. They may involve breathwork, meditation, talking therapies, mind-body work, tapping therapy and whatever else I feel will assist you to achieve your aim for the session.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please give 24 hours notice. Should you fail to do so, there is a cancellation charge of 50% of the cost of the treatment Thank you.
